I got inspired by the other top 5 song list, but, instead of your funeral songs this one is the top 5 random songs that are your favorites.  I can’t think of my fav ALL TIME songs nor can I think of my funeral songs, but off the top of my head… here are a few that will be in the runnin’ forever

Alive - P.O.D.
Freedom - RunKidRun
Already Over - Red
Bitter Taste - Spoken (featuring Corey from Norma Jean)
Set Me Free - Casting Crowns

I like power songs that get you hyped and crazy and stuff. These always wake me up. check em out if you want.

Whats your 5 “of the top of your head” fav songs?

Yeah, same… as soon as I post this I’m sure I’ll be thinking, “ahh, I forgot about that one!”

Anyway, I guess these would be mine:
1. Viva La Vida- Coldplay
2. Stained Glass Masquerade- Casting Crowns
3. Check Yes Juliet- We The Kings
4. Save the Last Dance For Me- The Doobie Brothers
5. Anna Molly- Incubus

Pretty random, I know… I love pretty much anything except country raspberry

Nice!
Coldplay is one of those bands that your find when your flipping thru your songs, looking for something else, that you didn’t realize you wanted to listen to so you leave it on. I don’t think that made sense. Perhaps I should go refill by coffee cup.

Nope, that made perfect sense! I know exactly what you mean smile Happens to me all the time.
Oh, wow! I just noticed I accidentally put The Doobie Brothers, it should be the Drifters…
And I can’t believe I forgot about Comatose by Skillet! I knew I was missing something. What’d I tell you…

I just got the new Skillet. Very cool!
Another album that is noteworthy is Memento Mori by Flyleaf. Whoa.
And Hello Hurricane by Swichfoot.
I think that is it…well, for now.

Anybody else got 5 random favs?

Hey, has anyone else heard that new Christmas song bebop-ing around these days?
“He met her up in Delaware in 1937
She was wearing red lipstick to match her pretty dress
On Dec 24th at a quarter till eleven was when he finally got the courage to ask her to dance.”

Pretty awesome, but I have no idea who sings it or the title or anything!

Not the thread to ask this in but i was in here and had to ask.

“His favorite Christmas Story” by Capital Lights

I don’t know why, but I’m going through an early 90’s grunge phase ... lol

Let’s be honest and call it what it is: it’s sin.
“The confession of evil works is the first beginning of good works.” St. Augustine

“Christians don’t tell lies; they go to church and sing them.” A.W. Tozer
