Looking back to the problem too long is that the economy isn’t moving forward. Mortgage companies tightened the reigns to the point that no one that actually needed the money as their immediate reaction to the collapse of housing market. The role of appraisers has now become one of the defender of the bank. The truth is that no deals mean nobody gets any money.

I think that if our government is going to end this crisis, then they need to stop playing the hero/billionaire role and come back to Earth.  They aren’t Iron Man or Tony Stark.  They can’t save the day and spend big at the same time.  Why?  Because that only happens in Hollywood and Comic Books.
